One piece of technology that I wish I could use in the classroom again would be smart boards. This was a wonderful way to keep educational material organized and kept me at the front of the room all day. It was a terrific way to keep my students entertained and engaged. I was able to project math books and interact with them and display worksheets to also interact with. I was able to write on the board and erase it instantly. It was also a fantastic way for students to interact with learning. They were able to interact with the board themselves. It had a variety of interactive learning games that students found as a reward system to play with. This was a great piece of technology for the classroom setting and I wish that all classrooms had this feature. As though my students were always engaged while using this technology! This was in a small school setting in Franklin, Indiana at one of my classroom placements before I became a teacher. If I could choose to bring one piece of technology into my classroom today, it would be a smart board.
