Pick a project from your community or employer. Identify the project,develop a simple WBS (Work Breakdown Structure) and Gantt Chart. Inaddition, construct a RM, (Risk Management) plan in accordance with theWBS and Gantt chart. Your paper should include (5) pages minimum of RMalong with the WBS and Gantt. If you want to find a project of your ownyou want to use, that would preferable, if you want me to try andexplain one of my company’s projects I can attempt to do that for you aswell but I am not directly involved with the projects so I would belimited in providing details for that.
