2.Late in the triple epic (Inferno, Purgatorio, Paradiso), the Pilgrim (Dantes character, the Poet) meets another spirit in Canto XXVII (27), lines 58-128. This soul, one of the Evil Counselors trapped in a burning flame, speaks to him.
