For this assignment, you will review four case studies attached. Then, in aPowerPoint presentation, you will evaluate the studies and respond to each ofthe questions below, using both critical thinking and theory as well assupporting documentation.
- Based on your reading of the case study “Can You Run the Companywith Your iPhone?” on pages 9–10 attached of the textbook, discuss howemerging trends in technology are helping Network Rail improverailway performance and safety.
- Based on your reading of the case study “Enterprise SocialNetworking Helps Sanofi Pasteur Innovate and Improve Quality” on pages41–42 attached of the textbook, discuss how information systemsinfluenced the company’s organizational strategy. Critiquetheir core information system applications from a businessperspective. Analyze how information system projects are alignedwith organizational goals and strategies.
- Based on your reading of the case study “Meltdown and Spectre Hauntthe World’s Computers” on pages 309–310 attached of the textbook, discussthe ethical and security issues that could result from flaws incentral processing unit (CPU) chip design. Assess theirprocedures for securing information systems.
- Based on your reading of the case study “AbbVie Builds a GlobalSystems Infrastructure” on pages 586 attached of the textbook, discuss theproblems that the company was experiencing as a global enterpriseand how the company was able to solve them. Explain theirinformation technology infrastructure. Discuss information systemsolutions that can be applied to this issue.
