•Using Oxygen XML Editor in the development of Integration systems. Built XSLTs to transform the o/p file to get in desired format.
•Scheduling the developed integrations, Encrypting the files using PGP public encryption key provided by downstream/upstream and send them safely using SFTP or SSH authentications.
•Using the workday web service APIs in Studio with both SOAP and REST for external applications
•Useing Agile methodology to update daily status for entire workday implementation and enhancement process and Coordinating Offshoring teams with Onshore.
•Produce varied integrations and used XSLT code to transform XML knowledge to varied files formats and to securely deliver files using SFTP server.
•Coding functions like ETV/XTT to do XSLT file transformations and to make integrations on Workday Cloud, proficiency in knowledge of XML, XSLT, WSDL, SOAPUI languages.
•Developing employee Presentation’s, benefit policies and Communications.
•Collaborating with external Consultants/vendors relating to benefit strategy, design, and compliance.
•Creating reports in varied functional areas like New Hires, Compensation, Benefits, Payroll and Recruiting.
•Performing activities include coding, testing, documentation and support maintenance within implementation of customized solutions.
•Validating and loading data into totally different Workday tenants like implementation, Gold and Production tenants.
•Involving in designing, development and end to end integrations testing.
•Creating Integration System User (ISU) and Integration system security group (ISSG) and assigned required security permissions.
•Migrating Integrations and Reports between Tenants, Worked on updating the GIT lab, in the Release process of integrations (Integrations which are newly build, changed or updated)
•Performing QA Quality assurance and UAT testing, Coordinated in performing Unit testing and Integration testing.
•Performing proficient work in system design, programming, conversion planning, debugging and system implementation.
