We want you to conduct research on signage make-goods that are being offered to sponsors and what additional signage is being added for TV viewing. You may need to watch old and current games to find differences that may not be talked about online. Our focus will be on the four major sports MLB, NFL, NBA and NHL but feel free to include other examples from sports that you have seen in the United States or globally. Please include research and best practices from your assigned sport and then include at least two examples from other sports in your report.
- Build an all-encompassing SWOT analysis, detailing/identifying new signage strengths and weaknesses, areas of opportunities and threats to why the new signage opportunities are or are not effective
- Point of view on which new signage opportunities should or should not continue to be offered in the future?
- For example, a new signage placement adds to or takes away from the viewership experience
- Are the new signage opportunities effective ways to reach a target demographic during this time?
