In this section, you will need to point out how your recommendations will differ for this location as compared to the U.S. location. This could range from slight alterations to your U.S. plan to a completely different approach. Be sure to explain why this non-U.S. plan is different. If you recall from our discussion on feedback systems, for example, if my recommendation for the U.S. location were to have employees have a hand in designing the feedback system, I would have to change that recommendation if the secondary location were in a country with a very high-power distance. I would simply point out this key cultural difference and why it necessitates this shift in strategy.
