You have built a truly quality program. Though, as the director, you would most likely make changes that reflect your growing knowledge and experience, you can also feel a deep sense of pride. Now it is time to consider how you would market your program. At this point, when your program is new, what would be your marketing goals? What are the unique aspects of your program that you want to make sure people know? Who would be your target audience, and what strategies will you incorporate into your marketing plan?
For this final part of the Course Project, you will consider how you will market your program. You will respond to a scenario in which your Advisory Board requests that you, as the director of your program, provide a marketing plan.

Part 8: Marketing Plan
This week you complete the final part of your Course Project by responding to the following scenario:
Your Advisory Board has requested that you, as the director of your program, provide a marketing plan consisting of at least two marketing goals, a summary of the unique aspects of your program, and a description of your target audience(s). Your plan should also include several low-budget marketing strategies and several ideal strategies not restricted by budgetary constraints.
You write a proposal that consists of the following sections.
Basics of My Marketing Plan
Before you decide on your marketing strategies, summarize two marketing goals, at least five unique aspects of your program, and a description of your target audience(s).
My Marketing Plan With a Limited Budget
Based on a restricted budget, identify at least three marketing strategies and why each strategy would be effective with your target audience(s). Include how much each of these strategies would cost.
My Marketing Plan With an Unlimited Budget
If you had unlimited resources, identify at least three ideas for marketing your program and provide a rationale. Include pricing information.
